Guangxi White Marble (Kwong Sai White)
Guangxi White, also traded as Kwong Sai White, is a white marble quarried in Hezhou, in the northeast of Guangxi Province. Hezhou holds the largest white marble reserves in South China, and its blocks supply stone processors across southern China.
The stone has a bright white background with faint, fine yellowish lines; selections with warmer, rose-toned veins are sold as Rose Aurora. Many buyers know it as the Chinese Carrara. It is a fine-grained calcite marble that polishes well and is easy to cut, profile and carve, which makes it a practical choice for both large projects and detailed work. Its dense structure means slabs normally need no mesh backing, and it also takes bush-hammered and other textured finishes.
Like other white marbles, Guangxi White performs best indoors. For wet areas and kitchens we recommend sealing after installation and cleaning with pH-neutral products.

Eastwood and Guangxi White since 2005
We have been processing Guangxi White since 2005. Over the years our team has learned how the stone changes from one quarry face to another — the whiteness of the background, the colour and density of the veins, and where cracks or dark spots are likely to appear — and we select every block with that experience.
Blocks are sawn on our own gang saws in Shuitou, Fujian, then polished or honed and checked slab by slab before packing. This keeps colour and quality consistent within each order and between repeat orders. We supply slabs, tiles, cut-to-size pieces, countertops, basins and carvings, from a single crate shipped by LCL or DDP to full containers.
